Palladium Management is a boutique real estate investment, development, and management company located in midtown Manhattan. Palladium focuses on the acquisition, development, and repositioning of multifamily, retail, and office assets in New York City and Westchester County. Our strategy involves identifying yield-driven and value-add opportunities, as well as hands on property and asset management.

Our management company is devoted exclusively to our portfolio to ensure each property is operating in the most efficient and cost-effective manner possible. Our quick responses, thoughtful decision-making, and attention to detail continue to increase the value of our properties.

Principal and Founding Partner

David A. Roth

David Roth is the Principal and Founding Partner of Palladium Management, a boutique real estate investment and development firm located in New York City. Since founding Palladium, David has been focused on growing a portfolio of multifamily and mixed-use properties on behalf of his partners, and a stable of high net worth investors. David has also overseen the company’s development activities, including ground-up multifamily projects in several of New York City’s outer boroughs.

Before starting Palladium Management, David served as a lead Asset Manager for Infinity Real Estate, a New York-based investment and development company. At Infinity, David handled the day-to-day management, budgeting, financing, and leasing activities for a portfolio of diverse assets including office properties in Manhattan, and multifamily properties across the east coast. While at Infinity, David executed an array of value-add strategies including extensive capital improvements, large scale re-tenanting, and debt restructuring.

David graduated with honors from Baruch College with a degree in Economics, and completed his Graduate Certificate in Real Estate Finance at Baruch College’s Newman Institute.

Samuel Dabakarov

Associate, Acquisitions

Samuel Dabakarov is an Acquisitions Analyst for Palladium Management. Since joining Palladium in 2013, Sam has been integral in identifying and underwriting new acquisition opportunities in order to expand a portfolio of multifamily and commercial properties. In addition, Sam is responsible for evaluating the performance and operation of assets under management, routinely using his analytical skills to identify areas of improvement, and to successfully increase asset values.

Before joining Palladium Management, Sam studied Philosophy at Colgate University, where he specialized in Analytic Philosophy, Metaphysics, and Logic. Sam graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Philosophy and continues to study in his spare time.

Guergana Stoyantcheva

Controller

Guergana Stoyantcheva serves as Controller for Palladium Management. Since joining Palladium in 2011, Guergana has been responsible for all financial functions of the company including payroll, AP/AR, financial reporting, and tax preparation. Guergana works hand-in-hand with a variety of CPAs and specialty accountants to maximize accuracy in our books and records and firm-wide profitability. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from C.U.N.Y. Baruch College, and lives with her family in Middle Village, NY. A native of Sofia, Bulgaria, Guergana has been studying and performing traditional Bulgarian dance since 2015.
