440 North Avenue

440 North Avenue is a free-standing 5,400 SF building located in downtown New Rochelle.  The property was purchased in pre-foreclosure in 2014, and was completely gut renovated in 2016.  In March of 2017, EbLens (http://www.eblens.com/) opened one of three Westchester locations at the property.  EbLens is an urban footwear and apparel store with over 45 locations throughout the Northeast.
